A brief report on the formation and activities of the American Studies Consortium, an initiative launched in Spring 1994 by American Studies scholars at the American Studies Center, Odense University, the Copenhagen Business School and the Department of English, Aarhus University to promote the development of seminars and workshops for PhD students in the field.
