Jornada Lean: Uma análise da implantação enxuta

This article aims to measure the impacts achieved in the implementation of Lean system in a consumer electronics industry, which went through the Lean implementation process between 2004 and 2005. This research analyzes the main changes made in the company over the years following implantation. To evaluate the adherence, applied diagnosis developed by Pantaleão (2003). Then, the results were discussed classifying the level on which it lies. The results showed that the company is close to the state of "mature system" within the diagnosis, needing some improvements, which have been highlighted in this research, to achieve Lean excellence level. This is expected to contribute to decision making in the context of the investigated company.
