Abstract

This chapter gives a complete overview of how technological changes interplay with the strong industrial relations system in Denmark. The chapter contains an overview of domestic industrial relations system, introduction to the general policy approach to digitalisation and work, the approach and status of social partners in relation to platform work in Denmark, the role of social partners in relation to remote work/telework, the existing legal framework for algorithmic management and the use of AI in Danish workplaces.
