co-produced care to reduce the excess mortality of patients with severe mental illness by improving the treatment of their comorbid physical conditions.
Based on the development and co-design of a coherent, generic intervention prototype during the first two years of the project, we pilot test the model and perform a feasibility study, preparing for the RCT.
