Project Details
Description
The annual report is basically the publication in which companies meet the legal requirements concerning the financial statements and makes the financial statements of a company publicly available. The annual report is therefore an important means of financial reporting and can thus be seen as an instance of knowledge communication.
The aim of the project is to describe the inherent, multilayered complexity of the annual report in its (specific) organizational and situational context and from different perspectives by paying equally respect to the two communicative purposes.
