Project Details
Description
The overall aim of iSense is to identify and explore the post-ingestive sensations that occur after eating and further relate these sensations to future eating behaviour. The project aims to identify relevant post-ingestive sensations, explore their dynamics over time and their predictive value of future eating behaviour.
The PhD project will roll out in three phases building upon each other. The three phases produce different outcomes and together provide an overall understanding of post-ingestive sensations in healthy eating behaviour. The three phases stand as following: Phase 1: Identification. Phase 2: Products, consumers and dynamics. Phase 3: Eating behaviour
