Description

Star clusters allow us to constrain stellar evolution with hitherto unprecedented precision and accuracy by measuring masses and radii for detached eclipsing binaries belonging to them. The aim of this project is to study such binary systems in a number of open clusters in order to provide useful constraints on stellar evolution theory.
