The qualitative study focus on teachers' experiences of Mindfulness-inspired activities and sensory-aesthetic learning processes in at course context and the implications and potentials of these learning processes for the teachers' thriving, awareness, communication and social relations in their work at school. We study the single teachers' experiences as well as the socio-cultural meaning-making processes and forces in the social interaction in practice.
