Review of individual milk components and how the vary in relation to cow lactation stage and parity. Genetic influence on variation in milk compositional traits and coagulation properties.
This review could be used as documentation of natural variation in raw milk quality and factors affecting this in the two most common Danish Dairy breeds (Danish Holstein and Danish Jersey)
