The project explores intrusive levels of noise in schools with the aim to address questions such as: what constitutes intrusive levels of noise in schools? What role do teaching practices and thus students’ possibilities for participation play in relation to intrusive noise levels? How can intrusive noise levels in the classroom be reduced or eliminated?
The design of the study is based on mixed methods.
