Description

With this project, we want to implement and evaluate HIGT to improve the treatment of gait impairments both at a hospital and out-patient level for people with ABI. Moreover, we want to contribute to the prevention or attenuation of the negative consequences of ABI resulting from an inactive, sedentary lifestyle. At the same time, we want to support the implementation of evidence-based gait training. HIGT is addressing the large group of patients with gait impairments after acquired brain injuries and constitutes a game-changer towards evidence-based and personalized rehabilitation practice.
