My project will involve Development of new methods and models for genomic prediction of General combing ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) for the hybrid crops viz i.e. Rye and suagrbeet affected by strong Genotype - Environment interaction (GxE). The use of large phenotypic and markers data through different statistical analysis will be performed.
