Description
AU offers interdisciplinary opportunities for an in depth assessment of societal and ecological perspectives of GMO which will be explored in an AU workshop in October 2011.
At the EU level we have identified a need for a more integrative assessment of new cropping systems and their sustainability, in contrast to the present assessment that tends to focus on single elements of farming practices.
