Description

The scope of this project is to develop a theoretical framework that organizations can use in change situations which takes into consideration the communication style of an organization, the objectives of communicating, the situational elements for changes in the organization and the desired role of employees in the organization. This theoretical framework should help organizations in planning the strategic communication activities with the purpose of engaging and involving employees into creative processes leading to cyclical organizational changes.
