Description
Development of an European Network in the field of Employee driven innovation and workplace learning in Europe. The purpose of the EDI-network project is to collect existing research-based knowledge about employee-driven innovation and workplace learning in public and private enterprises and to form a European network for relevant European players (researchers, social partners, and businesses, organisational and educational consultants/institutions) who are interested in dealing with employee-driven innovation. The project is based on the basic premise, that all workplaces have many hidden resources - in individual employees and mutual relationships and networks - that are not always visible and are not developed for the benefit of the employees and the employers in the everyday life at work.
