Efficacy and safety of clonidine as an opioid adjunct in palliative care (ESCOPAL)

Can subcutanous clonidin administration reduce the need of daily fast acting morphine in palliative cancer patients? There are data indicative of that. We aim to conduct a national randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial.
