To determine whether Remote Ischaemic Conditioning (RIC) improves clinical outcomes (cardio-vascular (CV) mortality and hospitalisation for heart failure (HHF)) at one year in ST-elevation Myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients undergoing primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (pPCI).
