Description

In the context of environment friendly food production system, the cell food production including cell culture meat, cell culture milk and precision fermentation, stand out as a good solution. However, the fundamental understanding of mechanisms, technology and process development for cell food is still limited. To accelerate such research, a user-friendly data science platform is needed to handle the data acquisition, data storage, data analysis, results visualization and knowledge sharing. In this project, we will deliver such platform with input from CellFood partners to fulfill the diversity of research within the CellFood research hub
