Project Details

Description

In this study, we want to examine the effect of a pioneering new treatment approach for patients with severe upper limb paresis in the subacute phase after stroke. Brain Computer Interface (BCI) driven functional electrical stimulation has the potential to improve upper limb function and thereby reduce the need for assistance in patients for whom we currently lack effective treatment options.
