I am a data scientist with a background in computer science. I have a strong interest in machine learning, database management, and web application development. I am currently working as academic staff in the Department of Agroecology. I am dedicated to utilizing state-of-the-art data analysis technologies and collaborate closely with a diverse range of agricultural scientists on various sustainable projects, both internally and externally.
Job responsibilities
My work primarily focuses on the following areas:
- Sustainable digital farming, including AI technologies and machine learning algorithms.
- Database management, with expertise in Access and SQL Server databases.
- Web application development, particularly using the Shiny R platform.
- Data analysis using the programming languages R, Python, and C#.
- GIS analysis and the development of GIS-related apps.
- FAIR data management, in accordance with the FAIR data principles.
