Research

My research focuses on ruminant nutrition, with a particular emphasis on enhancing protein utilization efficiency in dairy cows. In addition, I investigate strategies to mitigate the environmental impact of dairy production, including reducing the carbon footprint through dietary manipulation and the use of feed additives.

Teaching

I am actively involved in several Master's level courses as a lecturer or teaching assistant, including Animal Production Practice and Nutrient Cycling and Environmental Management.
