Personal profile

Research

I conduct research on health inequality, with a particular focus on the transition from youth to the labor market. In addition, I have worked on research areas such as physical and digital harassment in Danish workplaces. Through mapping and interventions that draw on both quantitative and qualitative methods, my aim is to contribute to healthier work environments and improve employee well-being in Denmark. My research seeks to ensure that young adults thrive and are retained during their transition into working life.
