Research

My research is centered around understanding the perspectives of patients and their relatives and on developing interventions that improve care based on the needs, preferences, and values of the patients. I use qualitative methods and have a particular interest in exploring the experiences and needs of patients with cognitive impairment during hospitalization, care transitions, and cancer pathways.

Employed as a nursing research consultant at the Department of Neurosurgery, Aarhus University Hospital, since February 2022.

Jeg varetager undervisning på Kandidatuddannelsen i Sygepleje på 1., 2. og 3. semester og vejleder studerende i deres kandidatspeciale på 4. semester.

Jeg er kursusansvarlig for kurset "Menneskers livssituationer i relation til sygdom" på 2. semester, på Kandidatuddannelsen i Sygepleje, og ansvarlig for 3. modul på uddannelsen Master i Klinisk Sygepleje.
