Susan is Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences, Aarhus University (Denmark). She obtained her PhD at the KIN Center for Digital Innovation, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Her research interests include the dynamics of collaborative multiparty (digital) innovation, platform ecosystems, strategy-as-practice, AI at work, qualitative methods, and process research. Her work has appeared in Strategic Organization, Journal of Product Innovation Management and R&D Management.
