I am an Associate Professor of Clinical Anthropology, dividing my time between DEFACTUM, Central Denmark Region, and the Centre for Fetal Diagnostics, Department of Clinical Medicine, Aarhus University. My primary research interest and experience lie within reproduction, pregnancy, and childbirth, with a particular focus on clinical communication, perceptions of risk, and expectant couples’ experiences and decision-making.
Teaching
I teach the elective course Qualitative Methods in Health and Medical Sciences in the second semester of the Master's programme in Medicine at Aarhus University. In addition, I supervise Master's theses, research year projects, and PhD students.
