Research

PhD student at the Department of Comparative Literature, currently visiting researcher at Cornell University funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science's EliteFork travel grant. My PhD project, Aesthetics of the Earth: Examining the Role of Geological Sensibilities in Literature and Art, explores the connection between geological thought and aesthetic form in art and literature from Romanticism onwards. I am the theme editor of the latest issue of Passage and have, among other things, published in Studien zur Englische Romantik and Slagmark.
