Personal profile

Research

My background in biotechnology coupled with my expertise in computational genomics drives my passion for integrating conventional techniques with cutting-edge genomic methodologies. I focus on crafting climate-resilient crops to ensure sustainable agricultural production. Specifically, I specialize in employing multi-omics and system biology approaches to pinpoint and understand candidate genes crucial for combating both abiotic and biotic stresses. My proficiency lies in navigating extensive genomic datasets, and I've spearheaded multiple projects leveraging this data to enhance crop plants' resilience against environmental challenges.
