Personal profile

Profile

With a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology I contribute to the work of Research Unit for Molecular Medicine (MMF) with my experience within Proteomics and mass spectrometry. I mainly do laboratory work and data analysis at the MMF Core Facility for Proteomics, Metabolomics and Bioenergetics.

Job responsibilities

In the laboratory I take part in the preparation, analysis, and data analysis of samples from MMF’s own research on metabolism, as well as samples from various collaboration projects.
I am also involved in other of the unit’s analyses and methods such as Metabolomics, metabolic analysis and cell cultures, as well as helping out with teaching at the two annual PhD courses ”Gene to Function” and ”Proteomics and Protein Profiling” provided by MMF.
