Personal profile

Research

I study the interactions between vegetation and the Earth system using models. My research focuses on understanding feedback loops with a focus on high latitudes, and their impact on the planet, especially regarding carbon and greenhouse gases.

I'm also interested in the role of wildfires in our ecosystems. Through modelling, I explore how wildfires influence our atmosphere and climate over time: in the past, present, and future.
