Luxury organizations and responsibility: A toolbox

In this article, findings from previous research, almost forty examples of responsible practices in luxury firms, were clustered and eight generic tools were revealed to advance sustainability. These tools are posed as questions to assess the luxury firm’s level of sustainability and to plan development steps.
