Ren Li holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), 2022. He received his Master's degree in Power Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), in 2015, with the Professional Engineers Board Gold Medal award. He also received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and its Automation from North China Electric Power University (NCEPU), Beijing.

His research interests are ultra-low-power integrated circuits and systems, micro-/nano-electromechanical Systems (M/NEMS) circuits design and fabrication, and novel devices and schemes for next-generation computing.
