Personal profile

Research

Agrobiologist with specialization in quantitative genetics and great interest in the green transition of the global food production. My research is focused on the development of genetic tools for improving feed efficiency and mitigating greenhouse gases from cattle, through systematic breeding.

Cooperation and dissemination

I am a member of the ICAR working group "Feed & Gas", which aims to set global standards for recording and quality control of data for feed intake and gas emissions from cattle, as input in breeding value evaluations.
