My area of expertise is development and implementation of statistical methods and models for leveraging and evaluating information across multiple experimental studies to increase prediction accuracy and provide novel insights into the genetic architecture of complex traits and diseases.
The methods are implemented in an R package available from CRAN (CRAN - Package qgg (r-project.org)) or github (psoerensen.github.io).
