Personal profile

Research

In my research, I primarily investigate the potential of literature to engage and enchance readers’ ability to reflect by inviting analysis and interpretation in ways distinct from those offered by non-fiction.

Secondly, I examine the complete literary corpus of the Norwegian author Karl Ove Knausgård, focusing particularly on its utilization of concepts, intertextuality and improvisation.

Thirdly, I explore the ethical dilemmas arising when the life stories of real individuals are incorporated into fiction in a manner I have defined as character assassination.
