From August '23-July '24, I will be situated at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge as part of my postdoctoral project "Temporal Dimensions of Mental Health Promotion in Schools: Theorizing the Educational Objectification of Time" funded by the Independent Research Fund Denmark (DFF).
Research areas:
- Wellbeing in schools
- The role of time, temporality and temporal norms in schooling and education
- Contemplative practices (e.g. yoga, mindfulness, meditation) in schools and other educational settings
- Critical perspectives on wellbeing and health promotion
- Educational theory: purposes of education, temporal norms, criticality, boredom
- Methodology: mixed-methods, post-qualitative research methods, surveys
- Phenomenology and hermeneutics in educational research
