At BIOCHANGE, my postdoc research examines emerging global ecosystems following plant invasions. In particular, I am researching on the novel ecological interactions between aliens plants, native plants and herbivores. With Prof. Svenning and others at the BIOCHANGE center, I am also working on modelling global potential of megafauna recovery, late Quaternary megafauna extinctions, and ecosystem rewilding.
I am also associated with Wildlife Institute of India to continue my work on invasion ecology, restoration prioritization and megafauna reintroduction.
