My research centers on the economics of discrimination, experimental economics, behavioral economics, labor economics, and public policy. I have published in journals such as the Journal of Political Economy, JEBO, and Economic Inquiry.

I have been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Business Economics at Aarhus University since 2021. In 2022-24, I was a EU-funded Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at Aarhus University and NHH Norwegian School of Economics. See my website.
