My work contains several areas within the forensic specialty, both forensic pathology and clinical forensic medicine, where I am particularly interested in deaths due to hereditary heart diseases. I have a specialist training in forensic medicine, a PhD in hereditary heart diseases and a master in cardiovascular pathology from Padua, Italy

Job responsibilities

My primary area of responsibility is required forensic work for the police, including autopsy and clinical examination of children and adult exposed to violence and sexual assault as well asccused persons in these cases. I also contribute to further information in cases where the autopsy has shown that the cause of death may be due to a hereditary heart disease.
