Work experience
2016 – current Research assistant at Aarhus University, Department of Management. Primary tasks include: Course responsible and sole teacher of the Masters elective Employee emotions, attitudes and behavior and the Bachelors elective HRM; co-teaching Ledelse af teams on HD. Supervision of internships.
2012 – 2016 PhD at Aarhus University, Department of Management (Maternity leave from February 2014 - December 2014). Primary tasks included: Conducting my PhD research, teaching Organizational behavior and Employee, emotions, attitudes and behavior; and involved in the HRM course at the master level. Supervision within areas of expertise (e.g. HRM, Organizational behavior) (in total 23 students).
2011 – 2012 Internal Recruiter at the HR department at Groupon, London, United Kingdom. Responsible for recruiting the sales and administrative personnel for the Danish offices. Primary tasks included: Advertising positions, headhunting, conducting interviews and advising business partner in selection of candidates to be hired.
2011 – 2011 Student worker in recruitment at Vestas Wind Systems. Primary tasks included: screening of applications, contact with candidates, participation in assessment center and selection of candidates for graduate positions.
2010 – 2010 Intern in recruitment at Bombardier Transportation, Brussels, Belgium. Primary tasks included: Assisting the recruitment process of candidates for positions in Germany, Belgium and Denmark; Posting positions, screening applications, conducting phone interviews, contacting business partners and selection of candidates
2003 – 2009 Substitute teacher in primary school at Skørping Skole. Primary tasks: Teaching diverse topics at all levels to students aged 6-16 years old.
