Research

Interested in understanding the molecular mechanisms that allow cells to fend off virus infections. I started by studying the inflammation during HIV infection in France, then switched to identify host factors binding to herpesvirus particles in Germany. It was natural to me, to later join the lab of Søren Paludan at Aarhus University to elucidate constitutively expressed restriction factors that control viral infection in neurons.
