Young virologist working at the frontier with immunology. Currently screening for restriction factors controlling viral infections in neurons, using CRISPR Cas9 technology. Past experiences involve the study of herpesvirus capsids composition and interactions in the cytosol of macrophages and brain cells, by mass spectrometry. Trained in immunology on the induction of inflammation during HIV-1 infection.
