Parasitic worms are fascinating macroscopic organisms that can live in their hosts for years. Infection by parasitic worms is a global and neglected human and livestock health burden.

I am studying the role that extracellular vesicles play in the interaction between parasitic worms and their hosts to come closer to an understanding of how parasites establish and stay in their hosts for years.

I work in the group of Prof. Peter Nejsum and the lab is located at Skejby Hospital. If you have any questions to my research I am happy to receive an email.
