Job responsibilities

As a laboratory animal technician, I work with animals used in research. I am responsible for their care and supervision, ensuring their welfare and adherence to best practices in handling. I also guide and support researchers in conducting studies in the most effective way possible. I have experience in breeding laboratory animals and performing procedures such as dosing and injections (IV, SC, IP, IM), blood sampling, weighing and measuring, providing support during surgery, and assisting with behavioral studies.
