Professor and clinical researcher in acute and critical care at Aarhus University in affiliation with the Intensive Care Department at Aarhus University Hospital and the Prehospital Emergency Medical Services in the Central Denmark Region. I’m a medical doctor focused on improving outcomes in cardiac arrest and critical illness, both in and outside the hospital. I lead large clinical trials, serve on editorial boards for Resuscitation and Resuscitation Plus, and I am a statistical reviewer for JAMA. Editor of the Danish book Intensivterapi.
