Personal profile

Research

My research focuses on developing biorefined green biomass as a sustainable protein source for monogastric animals and humans. I investigate plant and extraction mechanisms that affect protein quality and yield. Protein digestibility and feed value are assessed through in vitro methods, in vivo studies (pigs, rats), and large-scale animal trials. Additionally, I explore how feed processing influences nutritional quality.
