Personal profile

Profile

I'm an epidemiologist studying population changes over time. I have a special interest in study designs that may ensure fair comparisons such as instrumental variables, negative controls, and other innovative designs.

As a postdoc, I study the increase in psyciatric diagnoses. During my time as a PhD student, I worked with breast cancer screening. I have a background within Public Health and have also worked with the Danish clinical quality databases.

Job responsibilities

My primary responsibilites concern the process of research, where I design, program, analyse, and write research papers. I enjoy disseminating research in video introductions, participation in journal clubs or similar.

Moreover, I co-supervise two PhD projects and teach as part of PhD courses, primarily concerning epidemiology.
