Personal profile

Research

I have more than 30 years of experience  as a researcher in atmospheric chemistry, gas-particle reactions, particle formation and transformation, micrometeorology and biogeochemical cycling with an emphasis on carbon and nitrogen cycling and atmosphere-ecosystem exchange of gases and particles. Has in recent years been focusing on the Arctic region. Expertise in flux measurements

Teaching

It is important to disseminate new research results and research methods and pas on knowledge to the next generations. This is why teaching is an important part of a university researchers work. Since I obtained my PhD in 1997, I have gained some experience in teaching, planning of courses and education coordination. I have been education coordinator, course responsible and taught at several Danish universities. Furthermore I have been supervising graduate as well as undergraduate students.
