Integrated control of cereal diseases. including effect on nitrogen, seed rate and varieties.

General knowledge on pesticide regulation and need for using pesticides in Danish Agriculture.

Professional experience:

1982-1985 Research trials co-ordinator at the agrochemical company Schering A/S in Copenhagen.

1985-1994 Scientist at The Research Centre for Plant Protection, Lyngby.

Since 1994 Senior Scientist at the Department of Plant Pathology and Pest Management, Danish Institute of Plant and Soil Science, Lyngby.

Member of The Danish Pesticide Board (representing the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries -Now Pesticide Forum)

Member of an EPPO (European Plant Protection Organisation) group who develop guidelines on "Good Plant Protection Practise", Guidelines of fungicide and insectifides; Resistance panel.

1997-1999 Member of a secretariat at the Environmental Agency on evaluation of "Consequences of phasing out pesticides in DK" (Bichel commitee)
