Personal profile

Profile

I am a PhD student researching cellular immunity to HIV-1. Using single-cell omics, I study immune responses in individuals who respond to antiviral monoclonal antibody treatment, compared to non-responders. I hold a background in molecular medicine and have research experience in epigenetics, cancer biology, and immunology, with strong skills in both experimental and bioinformatic methods.

Job responsibilities

I work on quantification and in-depth characterization of HIV-1-specific T cells using spectral flow cytometry. I am involved in the design and analysis of experiments, with a particular focus on bioinformatic methods and data processing.

Areas of expertise

  • Single cell cytometry
  • Bioinformatics
  • High dimensional data analysis
