Profile

I am an EU project manager with a long proven track record of experience as project manager and research fellow on several EU projects (HorizonEurope; Horizon2020; Erasmus+ (KAs, SPs, CAs), 6+7 FP) in the agrifood sector: from the planning (including writing successful proposals), to implementation, through to evaluation, both as coordinator of projects and as partner. As project manager, I am fully experienced in project management (organization and planning of the project work; management of the project partners; monitoring the project development and evaluating its outcomes; dissemination and exploitation activities; reporting and project administrative and financial management), while acting as a social science researcher having gained extensive knowledge on skills in the agrifood sector; sustainable businesses in the agrifood sector; innovative and creative tools and education methodologies (action-learning and action-research).
